1 জেগে ওঠো! জেগে ওঠো! তোমাদের চমত্কার পোশাকগুলি পর! নিজেদের শক্তি পরিধান করো| পবিত্র জেরুশালেম উঠে দাঁড়াও! সেই সব অশুচি লোক এবং যাদের সুন্নত্‌ হয় নি, তারা আর তোমার কাছে আসবে না|
2 আবর্জনা ঝেড়ে ফেল! তোমরা সুন্দর পোশাক পর! সিয়োনের কন্যা জেরুশালেম তুমি বন্দী ছিলে| তোমার গলায় বাঁধা শিকল থেকে নিজেকে মুক্ত কর|
3 প্রভু বলেন, “তোমরা টাকার জন্য বিক্রি হওনি| তাই তোমাদের মুক্ত করতেও টাকার প্রয়োজন হবে না|”
4 প্রভু, আমার সদাপ্রভু বলেন, “আমার লোকরা প্রথমে মিশরে গিয়েছিল| তারা সেখানে গিয়ে এীতদাস হয়ে যায়| পরে অশূর তাদের এীতদাস করে রাখে|
5 প্রভু বলেন, এখন দেখো কি ঘটে! অন্য জাতি আমার লোকদের এীতদাস করে নিয়ে গিয়েছিল| আমার লোকদের নেবার জন্য এই জাতি কোন মূল্য দেয়নি| এই জাতি আমার লোকদের ওপর শাসন করে এবং তা নিয়ে বড়াই করে| তারা সব সময় আমাকে অপমান করে|”
6 প্রভু বলেন, “আমার লোকরা আমার নাম জানবে| সেই দিন তারা উপলদ্ধি করবে যে আমিই সে যে তাদের সঙ্গে কথা বলছি| সে হল আমি!”
7 এটা একটা খুবই চমত্কার ব্যাপার যে পাহাড় থেকে বার্তাবাহক সুসংবাদ নিয়ে এসেছে| বার্তাবাহকের ঘোষণাটিও চমত্কার, “সেখানে শান্তি বিরাজ করছে| রক্ষা পাচ্ছি আমরা| তোমাদের ঈশ্বর আমাদের রাজা!”
8 নগরের দ্বাররক্ষীরা চিত্কার করছে| তারা একত্রিত হয়ে পুনরায় আনন্দে মেতেছে! কেন? কারণ তারা সকলেই সিয়োনে প্রভুর প্রত্যাবর্তন দেখেছেন|
9 জেরুশালেম তোমার ধ্বংস হয়ে যাওয়া বাড়িতে আবার সুখ আসবে| তোমরা সবাই একসঙ্গে আনন্দিত হবে| কেন? কারণ প্রভু আবার জেরুশালেমের প্রতি উদার হবেন| প্রভু তাঁর লোকদের উদ্ধার করবেন|
10 প্রত্যেক জাতির ওপর প্রভু তাঁর পবিত্র ক্ষমতা দেখাবেন| প্রত্যেক জাতি দূরে থেকেও দেখতে পাবে ঈশ্বর তাঁর লোকদের রক্ষা করছেন|
11 তোমাদের বাবিল ত্যাগ করা উচিত্‌! উচিত্‌ ঐ স্থান ত্যাগ করা! যাজকরা তোমরা তোমাদের উপাসনার দ্রব্যসামগ্রী নিয়ে এসো| নিজেদের বিশুদ্ধ করে তোল| অশুদ্ধ জিনিস স্পর্শ করবে না|
12 তোমরা বাবিল ত্যাগ করবে| তবে তাড়াহুড়ো করে বাবিল ত্যাগ করার জন্য ওরা তোমাদের বাধ্য করবে না| তোমাদের পালিয়ে যেতে কেউ বাধ্য করবে না| তোমরা হেঁটে হেঁটে চলে যাবে এবং প্রভুও তোমার সঙ্গে হাঁটবেন| প্রভু তোমাদের সামনে থাকবেন এবং ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর তোমাদের পিছনে থাকবেন|
13 “আমার দাসকে দেখো| সে জ্ঞান অর্জন ও শিক্ষাদানে খুবই সফল হবে| সে খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হবে| ভবিষ্যতে লোকে তাকে প্রচুর শ্রদ্ধা ও সম্মান জানাবে|
14 “কিন্তু আমার দাসকে দেখে অনেকের খুব মনোকষ্ট হবে| সে এত বাজে ভাবে আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হয়েছিল যে অনেকেরই তাকে মানুষ বলে চিনতে কষ্ট হবে|
15 এমনকি অনেক লোক বিহবল হয়ে যাবে এবং একটা কথাও বলতে পারবে না| রাজারা তাকে দেখে বিহবল হয়ে গিয়ে একটি কথাও বলতে পারবেন না| তারা আমার দাসের গল্প শোনেনি, কিন্তু কি ঘটেছিল তা দেখেছিল| সেই গল্প তারা শুনতে না পেলেও বুঝতে পারবে কি ঘটেছিল|”

2 Shake thyself H5287 from the dust H6083 M-NMS ; arise H6965 , and sit down H3427 , O Jerusalem H3389 : loose thyself H6605 from the bands H4147 of thy neck H6677 , O captive H7628 daughter H1323 CFS of Zion H6726 .
3 For H3588 CONJ thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the LORD H3068 EDS , Ye have sold yourselves H4376 for naught H2600 ADV ; and ye shall be redeemed H1350 without H3808 W-NPAR money H3701 .
4 For H3588 CONJ thus H3541 saith H559 VQQ3MS the Lord H136 EDS GOD H3069 , My people H5971 went down H3381 formerly H7223 into Egypt H4714 EFS to sojourn H1481 L-VQFC there H8033 ADV ; and the Assyrian H804 W-EMS oppressed H6231 them without cause H657 B-CMS .
5 Now H6258 W-ADV therefore , what H4100 have I here H6311 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS , that H3588 CONJ my people H5971 is taken away H3947 VUQ3MS for naught H2600 ADV ? they that rule over H4910 them make them to howl H3213 , saith H5002 the LORD H3068 EDS ; and my name H8034 continually H8548 every H3605 NMS day H3117 D-AMS is blasphemed H5006 .
6 Therefore H3651 L-ADV my people H5971 shall know H3045 my name H8034 : therefore H3651 L-ADV they shall know in that H1931 D-PPRO-3MS day H3117 B-AMS that H3588 CONJ I H589 PPRO-1MS am he H1931 PPRO-3MS that doth speak H1696 : behold H2009 , it is I .
7 How H4100 IPRO beautiful H4998 upon H5921 PREP the mountains H2022 are the feet H7272 of him that bringeth good tidings H1319 , that publisheth H8085 peace H7965 NMS ; that bringeth good tidings H1319 of good H2896 AMS , that publisheth H8085 salvation H3444 ; that saith H559 unto Zion H6726 , Thy God H430 reigneth H4427 !
8 Thy watchmen H6822 shall lift up H5375 VQQ3MP the voice H6963 CMS ; with the voice H6963 CMS together H3162 ADV-3MS shall they sing H7442 : for H3588 CONJ they shall see H7200 VQY3MP eye H5869 NMS to eye H5869 , when the LORD H3068 EDS shall bring again H7725 Zion H6726 .
9 Break forth into joy H6476 , sing H7442 together H3162 ADV-3MS , ye waste places H2723 of Jerusalem H3389 : for H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS hath comforted H5162 his people H5971 , he hath redeemed H1350 Jerusalem H3389 .
10 The LORD H3068 EDS hath made bare H2834 his holy H6944 arm H2220 NFS in the eyes H5869 of all H3605 NMS the nations H1471 D-NMP ; and all H3605 NMS the ends H657 of the earth H776 NFS shall see H7200 the salvation H3444 of our God H430 .
11 Depart H5493 ye , depart H5493 ye , go ye out H3318 from thence H8033 M-ADV , touch H5060 no H408 NPAR unclean H2931 thing ; go ye out H3318 of the midst H8432 of her ; be ye clean H1305 , that bear H5375 the vessels H3627 of the LORD H3068 NAME-4MS .
12 For H3588 CONJ ye shall not H3808 NADV go out H3318 with haste H2649 , nor H3808 NADV go H1980 by flight H4499 : for H3588 CONJ the LORD H3068 EDS will go H1980 before H6440 you ; and the God H430 CDP of Israel H3478 LMS will be your rearward H622 .
13 Behold H2009 IJEC , my servant H5650 CMS-1MS shall deal prudently H7919 , he shall be exalted H7311 and extolled H5375 , and be very high H1361 .
14 As H834 K-RPRO many H7227 AMP were astonished H8074 at H5921 PREP-2MS thee ; his visage H4758 CMS-3MS was so H3651 ADV marred H4893 more than any man H376 M-NMS , and his form H8389 more than the sons H1121 of men H120 :
15 So H3651 ADV shall he sprinkle H5137 many H7227 AMP nations H1471 NMP ; the kings H4428 NMP shall shut H7092 their mouths H6310 at H5921 PREP-3MS him : for H3588 CONJ that which H834 RPRO had not H3808 ADV been told H5608 them shall they see H7200 VQQ3MP ; and that which H834 RPRO they had not H3808 ADV heard H8085 VQQ3MP shall they consider H995 .
