BNV   সেখানে তিনি তিন মাস থাকলেন৷ তিনি যখন সমুদ্রপথে সুরিয়া যাবার জন্য প্রস্তুত হচ্ছিলেন তখন ইহুদীরা তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে এক চক্রান্ত করছে এই কথা জানতে পেরে তিনি মাকিদনিয়া হয়ে সুরিয়া যাবেন বলে ঠিক করলেন৷
